We serve growth oriented, independently owned, small to mid-size private companies, established trading / export / import houses, government or quasi government and project companies that are active in shipping DRY BULK CARGOs like rice, soybean, grains, minerals, metals, coal, cement, logs, timber and all other lawful generals. We offer extensive support from project or first shipment planning stage through final completion of last shipments. If you are shipping OVER 100,000mt per year routinely, we offer customized TURNKEY SOLUTIONS as SPECIAL PROJECT that can be more cost efficient than traditional methods. Our Process: WE WORK WITH EXCLUSIVE ACCOUNTS AND STRICTLY ON RETAINER BASIS ONLY. Step #1: When you/Charterers are READY FOR SHIPPING, fill out the CHARTERING INFO FORM. Charterers provide the schedule of shipment dates and other details as required by ship owners and DSL to ensure successful discharge of said contractual obligations of all parties involved. Step #2: Charterers sign SHIPBROKER RETAINER AGREEMENT with Deep Sea Logistics (DSL) engaging us as ship brokers for the project in order to negotiate the terms of Charterparty with ship owners. Charterers pay a nominal one time refundable fee of $1000 to DSL as part of the agreement. Step #3: Upon successful completion of first shipment and ship owners have deposited DSL brokerage commissions, Charterers are REFUNDED / CREDITED the reatiner fee against such commissions. DSL follows up with Charterers and Ship Owners to offer post fixture suport. Our ability to provide you with most competitive freight rates directly depends on the shipment information you are able to provide us. Your co-operation and ability to substantiate all the required financial information to vessel owners will result in successful fixture.
