| About us | Though Daffodil Computers core business was computer trading, the Company diversified into computer training and software development by opening a computer training wing in 1997 and a software development wing in 1998. These two wings were subsequently established as separate entities under the names of Daffodil Institute of Information Technology and Daffodil Software Limited respectively. Under the dynamic management of MD. Sabur Khan, the company opened another wing for e-commerce and web development in May 2002 to capitalize on the huge opportunity provided by the robust growth of e-commerce in Bangladesh. Daffodil Compuers Ltd stepped ahead while it introduced the 1st local brand PC in Bangladesh Naming daffodilPC. It's all the components are OEM and specially built for daffodilPC. Daffodil Computers Limited was incorporated on January 26,1998 as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act,1994 and registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms. On April 25,2002, DCL was converted Into a Public Limited Company. The objectives of the Company are to carry on the business of buying components, assembling, developing selling and Marketing all types of computer hardware and accessories, software, and peripherals including network installation, computer servicing and repairing, electrical/electronic office equipments, training aids, communication equipments, Audio-visual equipment, GIS equipment and other related items. |
