About us | Crider is a leading canner of chicken in the U. S. Our fresh-boning process ensures superior taste, texture and chunk definition with less visible fat and fewer fines. We've added a new canning facility in Stillmore, Georgia to better serve national brand name customers, private label accounts, and club & dollar stores. We now offer canned Turkey products under contract and private label, and are well positioned to can other proteins. Our pre-cooked products(seasoned marinated breast strips, breakfast patties, cooked and smoked dinner sausage, pizza toppings, meatballs, etc. ) are higher in protein, lower in fat, have better bind, texture, and taste than broiler meat, beef or pork. And with fewer trimmings. Our ability to fresh-bone heavy hens (which offer higher protein and lower fat and moisture) is unique in the industry. We offer a seamless supply of fresh, frozen, or canned chicken, from bird to finished product - including further processed ground, slow cooked, smoked and shredded products.
