Citex international holdings, INC. Was funded as citex corporation in 1989 by dr. Ndubisi obiaga to export automotive products to west Africa. The company was not in operation for a number of years, due to additional studies that gained dr. Obiaga his phd in political science from clark atlanta university. Dr. Obiaga, using his masters thesis involving the use of us exports to meet the needs for automotive, pharmaceutical products, goods and services in west Africa, researched the areas from the thesis. His findings, dealing with the products that increase residual value of current assets, were that export of such products would be extremely lucrative for the long term buying and selling relationships between the United States and west Africa. Dr. Obiaga began exporting automotive products 10 years ago.
