| About us | CBS has always set its targets according to its responsibility for the Turkish Industry and People. The first Decorative Paint production site was built in Alibeykoy, Istanbul. In 1958 Colofone Resin & Terebentine site, in 1962 Belco Auto Refinish Paints & Thinners site under the license of ICI England, in 1965 the synthetic Resins site and in 1968 the Printing Inks site has started manufacturing at Alibeykoy factory. CBS has moved its production site from Alibeykoy to Cayirova Gebze Kocaeli between the years 1978 - 79 and firstly started the Decorative Paint production in 1979 as well as the Micronized Powders site Mikrotas. In 1987 the Alkyd Resin site and in 1989 the Printing Ink site Printas has started manufacturing. In paint business CBS has always been coming out with its own formulas such as the first emulsion paint after usage of the lime stone for years, the first semi-matt synthetic decorative paint CBS Saten and many other brands in Turkey. CBS currently has license agreements with Nippon Paint and Nippon Bee Chemical of Japan for the OEM Paint production for Toyota and Honda Turkey. CBS has been the Painter's Choice due to the consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
