Production Facility Textiles We are having our own well equipped Printing process house with an capacity to print 30 lakh Mts. of Fabric per annum. Dyeing Unit is having a extra capacity for another 12 lac Mts. per annum. Garment Production Having 80 motorized indigenous Sewing machines with Button Hole and Button Stitching set and worktable in most equipped set up. Sampling Section We are having a collection of thousands of latest Prints with procian and discharge with a very experienced pattern and sampling master to handle the most advance styles and latest fashions. Handicrafts We are having our own setup of manufacturing crafts of Wooden & Metal as per requirement of our esteemed customers. The Units are equipped with the latest technology machines which help us in Better Quality and Fast Production. We have our own Financed Fabricators who enable us to complete our orders within the given time. Sampling Section We are having thousands of samples at our Display Room, which helps to show our broad range to our customers in Wooden, Metal & Antiques. Quality Assurance Several Quality Control procedures have been set up by Tulsi Handicrafts to ensure that our customers are supplied with the best of the products. Step By step Checking The raw material of the Products are thoroughly checked so that Products gets the finest look. During the course of Production the Quality Control is effected by the several Quality Controllers appointed by Tulsi Handicrafts who keep a constant check on the production procedures & product specifications. As a final measure for ensuring that only the quality products reaches to our customers a through check is instituted after the final finish. |
