Caviar Centre INC. Was formed in October 1992 by a Persian Canadian entrepreneur, Mark Omidi, who was born and raised in the southern region of the Caspian Sea. At the beginning through his association with Caviar House, the world's largest caviar distributor, Mark has learned how to identify good caviar and the proper methods of serving it.
