| About us | Today the estate produces about 350,000 bottles of wine. From the traditional chianti, good docg wine for every day with excellent price, to the high quality supertuscan "pazzesco", blend of sangiovese, merlot and syrah grapes and the chianti rufina riserva "lastricato". The wine maker is stefano casadei, while anna baj macario, the owner of the castle, is responsible for the wine marketing and the production of excellent extra-virgin olive oil and saffron. Recently started castello del trebbio to develop some touristical activities such as wine tasting and farm holidays There is just a sentence to describe castello del trebbio: Culture, relax, excellent wines and food, sport, and our love and passion for everything we do.
