| About us | We have taken extreme care in integrating core facilities to manufacture knitwear. The machines that we use are of top quality indigenous imported machines from Europe, Japan and fareast. Our knitting division has latest machines from mayer&cie, pailung, terrad, falmac, stoll and jumberca. The stitching unit equipped with machinery from juki, pegasus, yamato and kansai. Moreover, computerized embroidery machines like tajima and zhk are used for quality embroidery. We have a policy of constantly upgrading our facilities. Basic criteria for selection have been the achievement of quality output in less time. The unit can turn out cotton and blended fabrics like jerseys, fleece, ribs, piques, herringbone, engineering stripes, interlocks, jacquards and special edged collars. The knitting machines have lycra attachment also. Sister concern Our sister concern, M/S. Mukashi - parekh associates(mpa)is into supply of textile auxiliaries. Mpa represents "stockhausen"(major textile auxiliaries manufacturer) of Germany in Pakistan. Stockhausen is the daughter company of degussa group - Germany. Mpa enjoys sound and deep-rooted contacts with the top class textiles units in Pakistan right from Karachi till faisalabad. This is the added advantage for country cotton to get the best quality dyeing/processing due to mpa's repute amongst the dyers. Mpa also represents in Pakistan "genencor" leading enzyme producers and color service of Italy -benetton group. Quality policy At country cotton, we have laid firm emphasis on quality. In fact quality is not merely a buzzword at cc. It is an integral part of our work culture. Every stage of the production process is monitored by our quality assurance managers to ensure that our overseas clients get nothing but the best. For instance, the fabric source is put through some rigorous tests for colorfastness, shrinkage, tensile strength test, light fastness test. Similarly, the trims used are also checked for quality. Each and every piece is thoroughly checked at the finishing stage before it is finally packed and shipped to its destination.
