The Busch Group which incorporates Busch herbs is one of the largest commercial herb farms in Victoria, Australia. We have over 100 acres set up for production and another 40 acres organically certified for organically grown herbs and essential oils. We grow and process organically certified herbs and lucerne to the medicinal, and culinary markets. Lex has over 40 years experience in the commercial vegetable industry. We can process large quantities of product in our two closed circuit air dehumidifier driers, which use both static and/or rotational drying. We have large storage areas to stoe finished product. We also have oil distillation facilities. Products are processed to the customers specifications such as hammer milled, chaff cut, whole plant, root, tip etc.

We currently export corn and supply several Australian Companys with our A grade certified organic herbs for processing in the medicinal and culinary markets. Some herbs currently produced are Epilobium, Dandelion, Lemonbalm, Burdock etc. Busch Herbs is currently looking at expanding our client base.
