This company operates under the registered name of Business Venture Solutions Limited (BVS) in New Zealand, the parent company. Also operates a subsidiary called eMerge Solutions Limited. Both companies provide a range of advisory and consultation services to both public and priuvate sector organisations. These include advice in the area of eCommerce; mCommerce; eBusiness and eStrategies. Currently BVS delivers eductional packages in the area of small business management and is a moderator for the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA). The two directors are Moananui Rameka (of Maori descent)who has a Bachelors of Management Studies (BMS); a Masters of Management Studies (MMS) and is currently in the final year of a Doctorate in the area of Adoption and Diffusion of Electronic Commerce. Has worked for the Ministry of Economic Development as a eCommerce Advisor; the eGovernment Unit as a eCommerce researcher and currently as a moderator for the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA). Very astute; able and business savy young Maori male. The other Director is Keringawai Evans who has a Bachelors of Management Studies (BMS); a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDip-Accting) and is currently finishing a Masters in Management Studies (MMS). Has held a number of positions with various organisations and is well revered leader amongst her people. Currently has the contract to deliver educational programs through New Zealands largest tertiray provider Te Wananga o Aotearoa. Very capable and intelligent young Maori women. |
