Payment Terms(Acceptableto Seller): - Standby Letter of Credit(SLC): Fully Funded Letter of Credit opened unconditionally, unencumbered, transferable, confirmed, irrevocable for total contract value by a Top World Bank. Similar method of payment is by Prime Bank Guarantee. - Documentary Letter of Credit(DLC): Fully Funded confirmed, unconditionally, unencumbered, transferable, irrevocable, documentary,100 % at sight Letter of Credit opened for total contract value by a Top World Bank.
