The carded yarn mill capacity is 48.096 spindles with 8 Marzoli,19 Toyota, and 26 Suessen machines and the combed yarn capacity is 46.872 spindles with 39 Marzoli and 9 Toyota and 13 Rieter type machines. The standard production range for the carded 100% cotton yarn is between Ne 8/1 and Ne 36/1 and between Ne 14/1 and Ne 40/1 for the combed 100% cotton yarn. In addition to 100% cotton yarn, we are able to produce cotton, polyamide and cotton, acrylic mixed yarns and folded yarns upon request.
