| About us | M/s barq initiative private ltd. Was incorporated in the year 1995. The company had started business of manufacturing& export of garments. In the year 1999 the company was taken over by bhojani family. The company has gone into expansion and diversification in the year 2002& has now three divisions. 1. garments division. 2. food division.(khanum food industries) 3. mineral division. 1. Garments division: The company owns a garments stiching unit comprising of about 200 stiching and specialized machines. At present we are manufacturing about 40000 garments per month. We are exporting these garments to USA& france. Presently company owns a quota of 5000 dozen cat 347,20000 doz. Cat.338,70000 piece cat.6& 10000 doz. Cat.339. In present financial year i. E. July 1st 2002 till date we have exported garments worth more then rs.90(m) while orders, wroth more then 20(m) are in hand that have to be executed by end august 2003. Company has purchased an adjacent building for rs.22(m) on which company has planned to erect garments washing& finishing unit to make company self-vertical. This facility will enable the company to improve quality. Approximately more then 350 labor/staff are employed at this unit.
