A hare slips out from a fence; a great tir lingers watching down from a beech on a hill.... A hunting, a walk through the woods at the sunrise in winter, the hard work looking after the cattle.... Since 1862 the men's hands have been processing the most precious fibres to dress with style the heads of the simple people of the cervo valley, struggling for their survival. Today, barbisio represent the heritage of the great hat masters, who produced in the valley the excellence, to set up with them on the very difficult and demanding journey towards globalisation. Today barbisio applies the most advanced quality standard certifications and, as already in the 30's, exports its hats worldwide: From the middle to the far east, from soouth America to Canada now as in the past hat means barbisio. |
