Upon receiving inquires, we circulate them amongst our reliable suppliers, thereby creating healthy competition and thus obtaining competitive prices. Inspections: After confirmation of order, we approve all specifications including yarns, weight/GSM colors/shade, prints, accessories, sizes, stitching etc. Prior to allowing suppliers to start bulk production. All chemical & physical tests such as weight/GSM, shrinkage, rubbing and crocking, blending ratio, yarn count. Density etc are done in government- approved laboratories as per customer specifications. We maintain production reports day to day and advise our customers day to day & week to week basis or according to their requirement. All production runs are strictly monitored by regular inline inspections, we inspect the goods during the process of grey to avoid any problem pertaining to knitting/weaving & weight of the fabric, we examine the goods during the process of bleaching, dyeing & printing to avoid any problem regarding finishing of the fabric, we look over the goods during the process of cutting to avoid any problem concerning size & workmanship of the product as well as we scrutinize the goods during the process of stitching & finishing to avoid any problem relating to size specification, presentation, labeling & packaging etc. In other words, we conduct our inspections on all stages of productions. After conducting a comprehensive final random inspection by our quality assurance auditors, we issue our inspection certificate. We keep our customers posted at all stages of production, we also advise them about new product developments, new trends, quota information and other pertinent information about the market.
