All our designing is done using the very latest 3D development equipment. This means new products can be developed efficiently, and tested for many features while still in the prototype stage. We can test our machinery to ensure it complies with our demanding standards at any phase during development. Our machinery is manufactured in a fully equipped, specialised production facility comprising the following departments: Construction steel, stainless steel, aluminium and synthetic materials processing. Assembly specialised in pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical engineering and computer technology. High precision sheet metal work, high precision treatment of sheet metal such as stainless steel and aluminium. Spray painting, the in-house spray paint cabin can spray machinery in any colour or combination required. We have an extensive, fully stocked warehouse where spare parts and machinery are prepared for dispatch. Our involvement doesn't stop when a machine has been delivered and installed. Our service department is available for overhaul and maintenance work, and supplies spare parts. Fresh produce has to comply with increasingly stringent legislation. Higher quality levels must be offered for competitive prices. It's not surprising that efficiency and quality are the key words to success in any company. Our engineering department can advise and support you in developing new machinery and production equipment specifically designed to suit your individual requirements. Intense consultation determines where the emphasis is placed during the design phase.
