| About us | Aumeda specializes in sewing trousers, pants, slacks, skirts, shorts, jeans and other bottoms on CMT basis for women and girls, implying that the orders are carried out from clients supplied materials and according to the given instructions. The articles are sewn from various weaved fabrics: Semi-wool, polyester, cotton, linen etc. Supplied by the client. Above from high quality production we strive to establish close cooperation with our clients, build mutual trust, and insure our compliance with terms, instructions and delivery. Aumeda Ltd. Manufactures garments since its foundation in 1996. However, the history of Aumeda goes back to 1992 when it began as a small sewing workshop and a separate unit of JSC Limeka, which carried out small orders for foreign partners from Belgium, Canada and Germany ever since its beginning. During the past two years the working premises have been reconstructed and nowadays make 3000 m2 of working space. In May 2001 the two newly renovated workshops began to manufacture as well as new workshops for final ironing, quality control and packaging. The production capacity has increased to nearly 1/3. At present there are two sewing workshops fully equipped with 120 seamstresses engaged. Aumeda is fully equipped utilizing modern BROTHER, DURKOPP, JUKI, PFAFF, YAMATO, and MITSUBISHI sewing and overcastting machinery in the production process. MACPI machines for trousers top pressing and double-leg pressing, and GRUNDLER pressing tables are used for ironing articles. Competence and experience of our specialists enable us to carry out various orders and designs. The company is capable of producing 360.000 units of womens garment per year, which is up to 10.000 units per week. About 20.000 pieces of garments can be hanged and stored in the new storeroom. The access to the storeroom is convenient for the vehicles and spacious for parking. At the moment Aumeda is carrying out orders for a number of German companies. Mutual trust and high quality of our production has enabled long term business to business relationship with our foreign partners. The company has gained a reputation for trust, tight control of production process and ability to carry out orders on time.
