About us | The att consulting agency is well known for its dynamic and innovative ideas at work. Having been created in 1997 it is a motivated young enterprise, that was launched by three students. Among them was tim faustmann, a former student of the hochschule harz/college of applied sciences in wernigerode, who is now in head of the enterprise. The company is based in berlin, hannover, peine and wernigerode and consists of 40 people coming from a lot of different backgrounds. There are experienced employees as well as recent graduates and students, working for att and contributing to its success. This variety of talents is a great advantage for both, the company and its customers, since it is important to look at a company from more than one perspective. Att has been growing steadily during the past years. In 2003 it was divided into five business units each of them focuses on specific parts of the company, such as consulting, finance, recruitment& development, publishing and travel service. The relation to the hochschule harz also has developed from simply involving the students to cooperating with the hochschule in general. There are several reasons for atts success, for example the business structure or the way they accomplish their aims and tasks. Another important reason is the attitude they have towards the customer and visions they follow. -the best way to have a good idea is to have a lot of ideas! - (linus carl pauling) A business structure contributes a lot to its efficiency. Att is divided into five profit centers. These divisions allow to specifically focus on certain customer concerns. Enterprises endeavoring to survive even difficult times in the market, should be determined to eliminate any source of error. Great companies are usually capable of coping with this task themselves. Unlike small businesses who often face difficulties handling such problems. Daily business often does not leave time to solve internal problems. This obviously leads to the need of external help, which a consulting agency can provide.
