| About us | Ashvin Industries came into existence in 1985. The organization was established with basic aim of manufacturing high quality and competitive auto electrical products to cater to the vast and ever growing automobile spare parts market in India and abroad. Mr. Ashok Tandon & Mr. Vinoo Tandon the two partners instrumental in the establishment of the firm have varied experience of Sales & Technical support required for automobile ancillaries. Over the past two decades the company has been successfully catering to the Indian aftermarket under the brand name Jumbo. Its products have been established as one of the most reliable and efficient in its category. The Product Range constitutes of a) Ignition and Magneto Coils for all Two Wheelers b) Multi Pole Stator Assemblies for Three Wheelers. c) Auto Electronic Parts (Voltage Regulators, Relays and CDI Units) Apart from this we are exporting our products to countries like Holland, Denmark, Syria and Srilanka. We are vendors to MICO for Two Wheeler Coils and have been consistently placed in the Very Good grade in the Supplier Evaluation conducted every month by them. The company has also diversified into MCB coils and had been associated with Schneider Electric. With a constant endeavor to develop and upgrade the technology, the company has installed the most efficient CNC Coil Winding Machines winding a large range of coils using wire diameter from 0.06mm to 1.10 mm. Complete in house testing facilities for Raw Materials and Finished Products are available for maintaining high quality standards. To keep pace with the latest technological advancement in Automobile Coils, we are developing Powder Coated Multi Pole Stator Assemblies for both Two and Three Wheeler applications. A Powder Coating plant using Electrostatic Fluidized Bed has been installed. The company has, starting from a scratch come a long way in the past 20 years and established itself as one of the most reliable manufacturers in its field of operations. |
