About us
The Pensabene family, in the 1869 to Palermo (Italy), created the first industry of alimentary preserves in Sicily. The activity consists in the production and marketing of alimentary preserves born from ancient typical recipes of the Sicilian Gastronomy, what the Caponata of Eggplants (eggplant appetizer) or of Artichokes, the Complete Seasoning for Pasta with Sardines, the Roasted Peppers, the roasted artichoke, the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the Nocellara del Belice?sicilian green or black olives, the Anchovies Fillets with capers, the Anchovies marinated, tha Sundried Tomatoes.
