About us | Furthermore Congress is in discussion relating to applying a Tariff Tax on all Asian Products. Mexico has already established a 120% Tariff Tax to reduce the amount of Imports and Fuel their Economy. This Tariff Tax does not apply to US Made Goods, which will allow A.M.C. the potential to acquire a portion of the Mexico Market as well. A.M.C. will meet all EPA, DOT, NHSTA and Local State Standards, with every product produced. These products, atv, street motorcycles, dirt bikes and coming soon utility vehicles, will carry a MSRP of 10% More than the present available Asian Imports. The higher resale cost will be offset by a complete US Service Center Network, Better Warranty, Financing, Completely Assembled Products and a BT Program (Beginner Trade-Up). A.M.C. main focuses is on Safety, Quality, Service and Economically Priced Products. We believe two or more of these factors are missing in a large portion of the Imported Power Sports Products Today. We are also into developing a ROP System that will reduce the amount of accidents involving head and back injuries, which occurs when atvs flip or rollover. This product is still in development stages, But will be available by Jan. 2006 on all models. THE A.M.C. ADVANTAGE Quality- Every Product is assembled and tested prior to shipping to distributors. Service: Nationwide Service Center Network, for Repairs needed on All Products. Parts: Two Major Part Warehouses located on the West and East Coast for Fast Delivery to the Service Centers, Dealers or Consumers. Financing Programs: A.M.C. offers financing to it's Distributors, Dealer Financing from Distributors and Consumer Financing from the Dealers. BT Program: Exclusive Trade Up Program for Beginners ages 6 to 12 Years of Age. DISTRIBUTORS NEEDED IN SELECT AREAS A.M.C. is taking Distributor Application in Several States. Each Distributor will have an exclusive, Protective Territory and receive Personal Assistance in establishing their Dealership Network. This assistance includes, but not limited to, Marketing Materials, Plant Tours, Product Knowledge Manuals, Booklets and Banners. Our goal is to maintain a maximum 40 Distributor Network, with Dealerships to exceed 2500 Nationwide. As stated earlier, Financing, BT Programs and Guaranteed Substantial Profits is only a part of our programs. No Monthly Quota's, we work closely with our distributor to help them achieve their potential and desired sales. A.M.C.'s Franchise Fee is the Lowest in the Industry, only $7500.00, with their stocking inventory financed with approved credit. The Franchise Fee includes all of the Marketing Materials, Financing Material, Banners, Booklets, for Not Only the Distributor, But the Dealers they establish as well. |
