| About us | Infrastructure: ALPS have a semi-automatic plant with minimum manual handling to produce colorants at its best. 2 spray driers with a capacity of 750 liters per hour of water evaporation have been installed. Stringent quality control measures are employed for checking all raw materials as well as finished goods. Manufacturing: Monitoring of quality is done at each stage of production using advanced chromatography analysis, using the state-of-the-art equipment. Softened water is used in all reactions & processing and also while making ice resulting in good solubility and minimum insoluble in finished dyestuffs. Quality: A well-equipped laboratory with automatic microprocessor controlled fabric and leather dyeing machines and digital electronic balances, supported by colours computer matching system; ensures rigid quality control. |
