Almaqar was established in 1998 with emphasis on computer and it technology, since then almaqar has advanced in more aspects of it and computer software and hard ware. Since the opening of the libyan market to the international arena almaqar has made it a goal to pursue more venues in it's field with emphasis on retail and retail technology support service, starting from software to hard ware to safety and anti theft hard ware. Although the software and hardware such as computers and pos system is very mush in it is mature stages we are attempting to be enter the market for antitheft hardware and equipment and employee control systems. As many other new technologies almaqar operates three retail operation with a main office responsible for maintenance and logistics and support for the other branches, our modern facilities and customer service are prime in the local market.
The libyan market is gradually introduced to new technologies and our progress and demand might take be spread over a period of time, our expectations that within the next 2 to 4 years Libya will be one of the greater economies in the area with more in put and out put in the world arena.
