We scrolled ourselves, enhancing the human factor, making a feasibility study; we maneuvered over selves of getting the license for manufacturing of water tanks. And we did it, we are proud to be embossed the honor of becoming the first company in the Kingdom to introduce polyethylene water tanks utilizing the roto - molding process for manufacturing of these water tanks to the Kingdom. PRODUCTS: Al-Zamil water tanks have established a mark of highest quality- manufactured from linear low density polyethylene & high density supplied to us by SABIC. They are designed using the latest and finite analytical method. Polyethylene has been approved for food and water storage by FDA and adopted by the European Union It is the first of its kind in the Kingdom catering to the needs of the customers. We confirm having supplied our tanks to housing projects, hospitals, water treatment plants, schools, chemical and food industries. The design of each tank is modeled using the latest finite analytical method as the design allows suitable changes to be made in the thickness and variations of tank such that stress and deflections could be minimized to resist hydrostatic load with a built in factor of safety to ensure years of service. The capacity for low start from 300 Liter to 25,000 Liter, made from 4 layers, or as required. |
