We introduced our selves as world wide exporter of woven garments and our company was established in the year of 1992, with a vision to bring their fashion garments into the forefront of global textile export. Our company has complete commitment towards manufacturing quality garments and has achieved significant success in the spectrum, achieving export to the tune of us$ millions within a short span of 8 years. Al-noor enterprises commenced its production of fashion garments in the city of hyderabad with modest 70 stitching machines in unit no.2 latifabad hyderabad. This unit then added latest machines in its cadres in order to overcome the quality problems being faced by outside contract work. This aspect proved to be the turning point with increased export order for the company. Satisfied with the quality and production efficiency, coupled with on time maintenance of delivery schedules, increased the business reputation of the company abroad tremendously. This resulted in increased orders, which forced the management to expand their existing facilities in order to cope with the increased export orders. They, therefore, established full-fledged stitching unit in factory premises suited at unit no.6 latifabad hyderabad, sindh by installing 110 stitching machines with all the necessary allied equipment. Woven garments 1.100% cotton yarn dyed flannel quilted jackets. 2.100% cotton printed flannel quilted jackets. 3.100% cotton yarn dyed sherpa lined jackets. 4.100% cotton flannel shirts. Our hyderabad factory is producing above items and factories are running with chain system self depend with different departments cutting, stitching, checking, pressing, packing and maintenance under control and supervision of most experienced workers. The above item no 1 to 3 has been exported about 12000 dozens until to date in category 334/634 to reputable names from u. S. A.(dolgencorp, ames stores inc, modell's sports inc, )similarly above items including flannel shirts are also exported to european countries in various categories in huge quantity. |
