| About us | Our capabilities range from manufacturing of melt & pour transparent soap bases, as well as opaque, olive, sesame base and custom-made blends. We have technical capabilities of offering these bases in physical forms of bulk pails and blocks of various sizes as well as 2lb retail packs as can be seen in the enclosed sample size. We can customize this based on the needs of the customers overall with the packaging as well as the pack size & shapes including the formulations. We can produce unique formulations that are note available in the markets at this time including the ones that are not found anywhere in the market place. All our soap bases are made using superior quality of natural raw materials like palm & coconut oil fractions and is very luxurious in lather, skin feel, texture. Crafters to make various creations can use it. Our spacious manufacturing facility also has a warehouse where the daily production is housed. Other than this, we have two other sized warehouses where both the raw material and finished products to be dispatched are stored safely. Moreover, this facility is located within the sphere of diverse buzzing activity. This means that any sudden requirements can be taken care of almost immediately. Ask believes that to produce a good product, experience and skills are the foremost criteria. To cater to its customers faithfully, aksh has a fully trained and skilled workforce; each employee is a specialist in his field. In fact, most of the staff is highly skilled chemical engineers, each of who is more than versed in all the activities that aksh is involved in to today. To support the manufacturing, aksh has a well-equipped in house laboratory facility. All tests are done in house and while the operation is in progress, such that any corrective measures can be affected almost instantly. In manufacturing we analyze for the appearance, foaming properties, absence of foreign matter, moisture, melting point free acid/free alkali total fatty matter.
