Ft of building -stitching machines:60 [unit-1] & 40 [unit-2] = 100 machines with all required facilities for checking, ironing, finishing & packing. -besides we use more than 50 cmt units for stitching purpose during peak seasons with very strict quality control and all garments stitched by cmt units are re-checked at our finishing units before we iron & pack them. Monthly production capacity [incl. Cmt units]:1,50,000 pcs. Fabrics handled: -100% cotton solid jerseys, ribs, interlocks, pique, terry, fleece etc. And blends with polyester, viscose & elastane,100% spun viscose,100% polyester jersey, pique, waffle, dazzle, tricot, micro/polar/sherpa fleeces etc. -100% cotton & cotton/poly blend yarn-dyed feeder & engineered stripped jersey, pique, ribs etc. -100% cotton & 100% acrylic 6 gauge flat-knit ribs. Fabric/garment finsihing handled: Brushing, sueding, peaching, shearing, fabric/garment pigment dyeing and varied washes like acid, blast, enzyme, bio-polish etc. Products handled: T/shirts, sweat-shirts, pull-overs, jackets, nightwear, flat-knit sweaters, knitted shirts, tops etc. In solid & stripes for mens, ladies & children. Primary markets/customers: -france: We supply thru French importers to carrefour, La halle, auchan, & group casino and direct supplier to terre de marins, vet affairs, texport with more than 100 large vetements stores in France. -u. K.: We supply thru English importers to primark, officers club, bhs, peacock, ethel austin, pound stretcher, matalan & tesco. -belgium: We supply direct to inno stores and supply thru importers to carrefour & auchan -poland: We supply thru an importer to carrefour, auchan, real & tesco. -czech republic: We supply direct to ahold for their stores in eastern Europe. |
