| About us | Because of the increase in our poultry capacity, the feed production capacity of our feed factory in bandirma has been revised and in the year 2004, has been moved to manyas-yenikoy to our new, modern, computer-controlled feed factory of which construction and raw materials silo installation has been finalized. By the year 2005, one more egg coop construction has been finalized and the total number of egg production coops has reached four, besides 1 chick feeding coop. Our company is going to carry on its steady and strong growth trend in egg production with new egg production coop and chick feeding coop projects. In recent years, in developed countries, the usage of shelled eggs in all types of production plants are forbidden by certain health institutions; therefore, this encouraged the use of eggs according to the hygiene standards of food sector in our country as well. In the year 2002, in addition to our feed factory and egg production plants in balikesir and bandirma district aksakal region, a. B. Gida pasteurized egg enterprise has come into service. Currently, it is operating in 16.000 m2 area of which 2.200 m2 is closed-top and its daily pasteurized egg production capacity is 120 tons. The food grade phosphoric acid plant, which will go to operation by the end of this year, will be the first in Europe and will be one of the few plants in middle east. It will have an important position in stpp detergent industry which is one of the most important projects of our company in the upcoming years. Our egg production plant has begun operation in the year 2000 with 2 egg coops. Later, in 2003, the construction of one chick feeding coop, one more egg coop and a cold storage house has been completed, and has come into service. R&D: For a long time, a. B. Group is developing its products with the research it does in its own laboratories and with the projects it conducts with the experts who work in the present plants in the USA and Canada. Some of our projects are still being developed by certain professors who are related with the issue and who work in the well-known universities in the u. S. Products: 1- feed industry Calcium and phosphorus are the basic need substances especially for poultry feed. Dcp (dicalcium phosphate), mdcp20 (mono dicalcium phosphate 20), mdcp21 (mono dicalcium phosphate 21), mcp (monocalcium phosphate), which include calcium and phosphorus, are produced of high quality and with the best technology so that it will be useful and nutritious for poultry. 2- food sector Pasteurized liquid egg, which is a new product for turkish consumers, is produced in highly modernized and hygienic egg farms, in the supervision of our vets, without using any antibiotics or hormones. These eggs are broken with special breaking machinery in our plants and after being pasteurized, they are being packed. Additionally, using special, hygienic and stainless steel tanks, pasteurized liquid eggs are provided to several turkish companies which produce mayonnaise, cake and pastry. |
