ASSEMBLY LINE: We have top of the line 200 stitching machines covering full range of upper and under garments with a large verity of special machines like elastic attach flat lock, feed of the arm, bar tack, Button holler and button attachment. Currently we have 70 lock stitch(Juki)55 over lock(Yamato)55 flat lock(PegasusYamato)&20 special machines installed at our unit. We also have in house printing facility with most advanced technology of heat sealing. This section is equipped with 5 modern machines to facilitate the requirements of our valued customers. All these activities are performed by our energetic, strong and motivated team comprises 400 workers from bottom to top. We are fully equipped with fire fighting, medical and other necessary equipments to protect&save the valuable lives of our workers. |
