Procedures:
A. The Buyer shall issue the LOI to the Seller. Date on documents should not be more than 7
days old.
B. The Seller shall issue Full Corporate Offer to the Buyer.
C. The Buyer shall issue Confirmed and signed Full Corporate Offer and ICPO with BCL to
the Seller
D. The Seller shall issue Draft of Contract on firm Terms and Conditions to the buyer.
E. The Buyer sign and return the Draft Contract to Seller.
F. The Seller's bank will issue Proof of Product (POP) and non-operative
Performance Bond to the Buyer's Bank not later than 5 (five) international banking working
days.
H. The Buyer's bank shall issue a, irrevocable, confirmed, documentary letter of credit
I. The Seller's Bank shall issue PB 2% to buyer's bank.
J. Shipment commences upon the agreement
