inquiry to refined sunflower oil

Dear Sir, Have a good day, We are the group of company called M/s Hybrid global Solution Group ,India, we have been dealing cooking oil business , Now i have genuine buyer for cooking oil like sunflower and palm oil , soybean oil etc. Who they are ready to buy the refined cooking oil , So, my pleasure request if you will authorize to sell cooking oil as a representative or Mandate of refinery of Malaysia. My 4 buyers buyers ready to buy in bulk qty 25,000 MT to 50 ,000 MT month wise. One buyer is from USA i knows him from food business , who has bulk order from IRAQ GOVT. to supply and he has agreement with the Govt. , and need to visit refinery and will make the agreement to give final shape of business if you will send me the your company Representative or Mandate letter to authorize to sell the product around the world .
