inquiry to leather sofa

This is the 3 message I'm sending about my leather sofa. My last message sent was 3 months ago and I have not received a response. I am quite disgusted that I have not received a reply! My message read: 5 years ago I purchased 2 leather sofa's and 2 leather arm chairs in Windsor, Ontario, Canada from Furniture Warehouse. The 3 cushions from the 1 sofa are peeling. I called Furniture Warehouse and they will not do anything to help me. In fact, the owner was very rude. He wouldn't even help me find the name of the leather for me to have them upholstered, which I don't believe I should have to pay to have them upholstered since they're only 5 years old and I paid a lot of money for this furniture to get real leather. The tag on the bottom of the sofa says Hangzhou Wilway Furniture Industries Co Ltd is the manufacturer, *** 41012(CN). My receipt from Furniture Warehouse says the furniture model is Divan Life Pocket Coil Denver. I can send pictures of the sofa cushions. Can you please help. I need to have them upholstered which is an expense I don't believe I should have to be responsible for but I also don't know the name of the leather or where to even find a match.
