As main importer of raw cotton and cotton linters in Shanghai, China, we will get textile waste import permit from China AQSIQ since March 2013. At present, we hope to find reliable and professional suppliers for comber noil, gin motes, regin and yarn waste for our long term cooperation. Before our further discussion, pease inform us:
1), if you or your suppliers have AQSIQ certificate registered in China. If any, please inform us certificate number or scanned copy. We will check its valid date in AQSIQ website.
2), what kinds of textile waste you can supply. If it is cotton comber noil, please confirm if it is 100% cotton fiber, without any contamination problem. If any chemical fiber mixed, please clearify what percentage of chemcial fiber included.
3), what is origin of the textiel waste, as import duty in China is quite different.
4), What quantity available per month and per year. We need it to make whole year purchase plan.
5), What is capacity per container, 40HC, what is bale size and weight per bale, what is packing cloth material, what is tare weight?
6), what is loading port name. If delivery term is EXW, please inform us warehouse address with zip code.
7), if you have shipped any quantity to China before, hope to know your shipment documents, such as copy of B/L, as your performance records.
8), what is inspectiont term? We hope to check quality and quantity before shipment by our representitive for first several orders, is it acceptable or not?
9), What is payment term requested?
