We are delighted to acquaint merchandising, inspection, sourcing services and our Buying office of our most latest ranges in knitwear, made-up , woven garments in men’s, women’s, kids of Varity of T-shirts, blouses, sweat shirts, sports wear, pajamas, night gown, polo’s, rompers, made ups, and all other exclusive garments, and we are also dealing with all kinds of stocks put up in well known Tirupur (Knit city) India.

Selection of yarn:
A quality products starts with the best yarn. We pay a lot of attention towards selecting the right yarn. For the right quality. And we per fare our vendors to use combed yarn only.
Knitting:
We advice to our vendors to use branded knitting machines. To knit the fabric to get good quality of fabric with required quality.
Dyeing:
We use only Azo free dyes and OKO dye house to get a effective out put in shades ,color fastness and to to avoid skin irritations …
Compacting:
After dyeing the fabric shrinkage will be checked and according to the result the fabric will be compacted.
Once the orders has been confirmed we will hurtle in to the actions to meet your pattern time.
§ As per your requirement we examine the vendors for sourcing in the best way.
§ Before confirming the price. The negotiation with vendors will be clearly checked and fixed property. According to the requirement.
§ After the confirmation of the sample or order we will guide detail depiction to our vendors from beginning to finishing stage.
§ Adopting stringent quality measures to apply in all the way along with the each step of orders like knitting, dyeing, printing and more as we will be in the picture always concerning quality.
§ Weekly status of the running orders will knock your mail box to make things transparent
§ Daily status of production starting from the cutting, stitching, checking and finishing will be updated to your office through mail.
§ The entire applicable to the orders will be checked by our office before dispatching. For your approvals.
§ Or quality team will inspect the orders from sample order and until dispatch of goods.
§ When the final goods are ready our Q.C. team will inspect the goods thoroughly and the inspection certificate will be sent along with original document enclosed through mail
Apart from all of this our contribution is towards optimizing the quality assurance of ‘IN FASHION’ and our suppliers. The assurance of quality is not always a question of price, improved attention for the ‘quality’ aspect in usually sufficient to improve the final product by a much higher level of quality with the same component and employment.
