i bought a XBOX 360 from you off ebay earlier this month and when i recieved it, it worked for about 3 days and then it crapped out. i tryed contacting XBOX first but after doing some trouble shooting with them, they tod me i had to pay 100$$ for a new warantee. i've tried contacting you by phone but i can't get through to anyone. i've left voicemails with no return calls. all i want is either a refund or a working product.
