I have 10 years experience in the field of hard goods (Brass, iron, Aluminum, glass, wooden items and wooden furniture), home furnishing & jewelry.
Right now I am working in a buying agency “Something Else” at New Delhi, India and looking after the account of Buyer Fancy Home Collection Country Belgium. Fancy buyer is working with many exports from India in metal ware from various cities, Delhi, Noida, Moradabad & Aligarh and wooden items from the cities Jodpur, Jaipur & Saharanpur in India.
I take care of all activities as quality, sampling & developments received from buyer and the timely delivery of shipments as per ex-factory ship dates related the shipments to buyer.
It will be appreciated if I will get a chance to serve directly in your company with my below job profile.
• I will take care of every stage of the buying and export process from India.
• I will take care of all developments sent to related vendor by you and all samples selected by you during the visit at fair or vendor’s factory/showroom. I will check all samples /developments in person at vendor factory and I will send the images from different sides & close-ups for your approval before dispatch the samples to you. And even one sample will be made counter sample and signed by me at vendor factory to check the shipment at the time of inspection.
• I will conduct minimum three inspections at vendor factory of each shipment -1. Online Inspection – will be conducted when the raw materials ready at vendor end for the checking material defect, shape, size & weight to be as per our counter signed sample.
2. Mid line Inspection- will be conducted when the goods come in final condition and being ready for packing to check the colour / finish / plating & packing to be done to ensure no breakage and all the parts to be protected. Marking, bar codes, labels & stickers to be same as per your requirement.
3. Final Inspection- will be done when the goods will be completely packed and ready for dispatch to ensure the quality / marking /packing of whole shipment is okay.
• I will also arrange to club the cargo of LCL shipments in ICD and make a full container according the CBM of Indian manufacturers. So that LCL shipments in full container can reach directly to your warehouse.
• I will keep you updated by mail on all things related to samples / developments, shipments & logistics of services of every stage.
• I am committed to provide the highest level of service and support and to work with you in positive relationship, step by step. I will be your eyes, hands and mind over here.
My expected salary is only US$ 1000/ per month + expenses (as Internet, phone, traveling & hotels etc during the inspection at vendor factory in other cities.)
