1) Agent will issue Soft Corporate Offer. Upon request from Buyer (issuer of financial instrument), Agent sends: 1) Photographs of Used Rail, 2) ICPO format, 3)Sample of Contract,
2) Buyer shall issue LOI, with authorization of Soft Probe of financial solvency,
3)Seller Issue FCO, Buyer return to seller Agent, signed under corporare seal, FCO, with banking
and returns with FCO ICPO,
4) Seller issues Final of Contract
Buyer shall sign Contract, issues, RDL/C under special condition that Contract shall be effective subject to Buyer confirmation of the cargo which will be surveyed at Seller site by Buyer,
6) Seller arranges yard visit fo Buyer,
7) Seller shall deliver the contracted cargo in 24-32 days.
