For attention ATI Inc, Longbranch, New Jersey.
Several years ago I purchased from ATI in Longbranch New Jersey Volume 1 of the 1950s series Tombstone Territory. Volume 1 consisted of 2 x DVDs with 8 episodes on each disc, i.e. 16 episodes per two-disc volume. I have now ascertained that as of November 2014, *** have released the entire series of 91 episodes in total. However, unlike ATI Inc who obviously are prepared to cater for a (quite large) international market as well, Amazon declines to export the series outside the U.S. In profit terms, this would seem to be a rather short-sighted business practice. It is certainly unlike ATI who were very happy to expand their business opportunities and export Volume 1 to me here in Australia in 2012. I assume that as ATI in Longbranch New Jersey apparently holds worldwide ownership rights, it must have sublet some seller rights to Amazon (US). I am anxious to acquire the rest of the series, as are many others of my friends in Australia. Consequently I write to ask whether ATI is prepared to sell to me the rest of this series as they did with Volume 1? At 16 episodes per two-disc set as you did with Volume 1, I would estimate that (excluding Volume 1) the number of episodes remaining in the series would be ±75 which, presumably spread across about another 8 discs, would consist of four x 2-disc volumes 2, 3 4 and 5? I have been made aware that the complete series is now also on offer from Amazon Marketplace (USA) suppliers - but again not for export outside the U.S. So it seems that our only means of acquiring this excellent vintage Western series is to purchase if from ATI. I would be most grateful to receive a reply from their CEO Mr Elias Saka of ATI at 705 Greens Avenue #6, Long Branch, New Jersey, at his convenience. My name, address etc. are given below. Your faithfully, Kenneth Allan (a return customer from Australia).
