Dear Sirs
For my diploma (international trade), I am required to have work experience in an Australian company.
I am hoping to work for an international firm and would be particulary pleased to have some training in your firm to put into practise the theory I have learned.
I am currently a student in the border Sainte-Marie (near Lyon in France), and I would like to gain as much insight as possible into international commerce to be able to join, then, a business school. So, I am eager to learn from your company. During this unpaid internship, I will have to carryout prospecting and customer follow-up work.
I do hope that you will agree to offer me a placement in your company from 10th May or at least two months. It would be a real chance for me to work in your firm: it could allow me to improve my English and it enable me to gain the knowledge of international business practice which I need for my future job.
A placement in Australia would be a marvellous opportunity for me and I am looking forward to your reply. Be sure that I will use all my energy and determination to carry out my working tasks.
Yours faithfully
Camille Berland
