I am writing to complain about the quality of service I have received from your uk operation yourspares.
I ordered a fridge part on the 18th June and am still waiting for it now 29th June Having contacted customer services about the problems by phone and email I was told basically that there was a part of my address missing on the order. This was not mentioned to me on the monday 21st june when I called by telephone.
I was told on the thursday 25 june that the order had not been dispatched because of the missing address element, and the reason that nothing had happened was because they did not have any contact details for me. Thi incensed me, as I had a copy of the origional order which had both my telephone number and email address clearly printed on it. I take real issue when people try to fob me off with rediculous excuses, which is why I felt I had to go higher to let you know that the operation is looking shoddy and is not going to do you any favours in the long run.I paid quite a hefty amount of delivery charges on this order and have not had any value for money, I cannot even trust whether the item has been sent out now or not. And while this is all going on I have no fridge.
