(1) Name of Mine & Mine Owner along with provision of mining Lease Documents duly notarized if applicable.
(2) Quality Certificate of individual exported shipment by pre-shipment inspection agency at loading port.
(3) Export Track Record of shipment for at least one year
(4) Complete Chemical & Physical Specification according to our given Specification
(5) Latest Audited Balance Sheet of the Offeree for a period of one year.
