Fireplace Mantel Clock

I have acquired an antique mantel clock that needs repair. The clock number is 455 from United Clock Company and was specifically designed for this piece. The armature for the rolling "fireplace" is mis-alligned, but I believe I can repair both if I can get the clock motor replacement. Please respond with any information in regards to this matter. Trailer Guides

I notice a screw (actually I think it is a bolt.) coming out of the upright PVC trailer guide that contains tail lights. It doesn't want to tighten up?? It just seems to spin.
