This is a very fast moving project, and we would much appreciate if you could tell us if you are able to provide a full quotation by tomorrow close of business (Friday, 25 April, 5PM).
If you can provide this procurement and service for us, we ask that your quotation contains the following:
Confirmation that all technical specifications of the SOW are met
A firm, fixed, and final price for the entire operation, which includes and lists:
All equipment costs (itemised)
All shipping/transport costs
All installation costs (labour, tools, etc.)
A timeline for procurement of the goods and installation from date of Purchase Order issuance
