We are commodity brokers. We currently have 2 serious buyers with urgent request for chicken products. Below are specifics for each buyer request:
BUYER N.1: Buyer is trading company. Chicken parts would be shipped to Vietnam.
Below are details of request:
1. Product: Frozen chicken paws
2. Quantity: 5 full containers trial shipment, then minimum 10 per month
3. Please quote price CIF Haiphong, Vietnam
After successful delivery of chicken paw trial shipment, buyer will buy also other chicken parts.
BUYER N.2: This buyer is an Australian trading company with end buyers for chicken in China and Dubai.
They want to start shipping to China first. Quantity for China is for a trial shipment of a total of 50 containers of 4 different chicken parts. After successful delivery of first 50 containers, they would make yearly contract for around 300 containers per month. They already have an LC from end buyer in China.
The chicken parts quantity breakdown for 50 containers would most likely be as follows.
1. Mid wing joints - 20 to 30 containers
2. Leg quarters - 10 to 20 containers
3. Chicken feet - 5 to 10 containers
4. Chicken paws - 5 to 10 containers
Can you please send a price quote for the above products? The offer should be FOB Europe loading port because the Australian trading company will send ships to pick up the containers at your loading port. In the offer, you will would have to provide China registered SIF number of each chicken factory where the chicken parts would be supplied from.
After first shipments are successfully carried out, they would want to start shipping whole frozen or chilled Halal chickens to Dubai. Quantities would be similar (50 containers to start, then more each month).
