Dear Mr Ujjval Saraf,
My name is Rohit and I am one of your unfortunate customer, who spent over Rs. 10,000 and purchased 2 nos 10 MP Polaroid Cameras. I am writing this email to you because of the very poor response from your customer support and Technical team to address my issue regarding the quality of the product (Please refer the email below for further details).
I am bringing this to your kind attention because, I have not used both the camera's even once and have spent a lot of money to courier it to your office (which I received back, without the problem being solved), and also making a lot of STD calls, which always go unanswered. Your team doesn't even show the courtesy to reply back to any of my emails.
Kindly look into this matter with seriousness. Rs. 10,000 is not at all a small amount for me and it's my hard earned money.
Thanks, Rohit***

Hello Boss,
The problem mentioned below still remains, inspite of sending it to you and you claiming that you have checked the product and have rectified the problem. I would like to get my MONEY BACK. I have not used the camera even once and it shows a lot a problem from the day one. The camera getting struck and getting switched off. I have spent money again to send this by courier for your technicians to check this product. I guess, you have not even opened the product and have sent this back to me.
If you will not take back this product, I will go to the consumer court. This is a matter of over Rs. 10,000/- Kindly take action immediately.
Thanks, Rohit

Hello,
My name is Rohit Ramachandran. I had ordered 2 Polaroid 10 MP Cameras + 2 Fuji Rechargeable batteries and Charger on 23/04/09 (details of which are given below). It got this dispatched on 14th May 09. But when we tried using both of these Cameras, there were lot of defects like the lens getting struck, getting switched off automatically. I trusted in the product, because this was an offer through HSBC Credit Card. I had called up the Deals 4 all customer support center and they asked me to send an email to this address.
I would like to return the 2 Polaroid Cameras. I am very dissatisfied with the product and don't want to unnecessarily hold this. I would however retain the rechargable batteries and the charger.
Please suggest me -
1. How should I send both these cameras back to you?
2. Also suggest if I could retain the Rechargable Batteries and Charger. If not, I am ready to return this also.
3. How would you settle the amount?
Invoice details are mentioned below -
Invoice Number: 7541
Customer Bill Number: HB/0910/275
Buyer's Order Number: 000071566
Date: 12/05/2009
Other Reference: HSBC
Order Date: 23/04/2009
Description of Goods:
Polaroid 10 MP [1035 Black Digital Camera SR. MR***4208 MR***4215]
QTY: 2
RATE: 5490
AMOUNT: 10,980
Kindly let me know about this at the earliest. I don't want to keep this lying with me for a long time.
Thanks, Rohit***
