I purchased this product from the "AMCAL" chemist chain in Australia. I am extremely happy with your product but would like to additionally purchase the upper arm "large" adult cuff. The upper arm "medium" adult cuff supplied when I purchased the unit is too small and is giving innacurate readings. Additionally, I would like to purchase the Accessories for data transfer to PC. These include: 1. BP Manager software CD-ROM 2. Connecting Cable (USB) 3. Instruction Manual I have tried to purchase these items through the AMCAL chemist noted above but they do not supply these products. They informed me that a distributor, here in Australia, would be able to supply them. This distibutor does not supply these extra products and instead suggested I contact the Rossmax organisation. I have attempted to contact your organisation at *** once before but have never received a reply.
