I recently signed up for a wholesale account with Ehobby and made a small test order to ensure that Ehobby Asia shipping and ordering processes were on par with my other China suppliers. I ordered 12 sets of airsoft goggles which were listed as in stock from Ehobby on Oct. 15th and paid for express service and shipping 3-5 business days. To date this order is still sitting in your processing deptartment with no explaination as to why after several emails to your company. There is no excuse at all for a shipment this small to still be sitting in order processing after 3 business days. I am thankfull that I did not place the larger order with Ehobby as this type of service is unacceptable. I will be cancelling my order with Ehobby if it has not been shipped out to me by the end of the business day and furthermore will let other airsoft retailers in Canada know about my experiences with Ehobby and the lack of customer service.
