Dear Mr Galet,
I am forced to contact you via AporVino as there appears to be something wrong with your e-Tobaccos contact, in particular the "Reply" button. Since both companies are registered to you, I assume you are the best person to resolve the problem I am experiencing.
I have been a loyal customer of e-Tobaccos, spending in excess of £600 for tobacco, but my last order (#935957 20 x 50g Golden Virginia rolling tobacco), for which payment of £231 was confirmed as received on the 20th of February, is still outstanding and my email queries to e-Tobaccos are going unanswered.
Mr Galet, I am not a rich person. The one luxury I allow myself in life is my tobacco. £231 is a HUGE amount for me to spend on anything remotely luxurious but I do it because tobacco gives me pleasure, and there are not many of those things left in my life right now. Please, either fulfill the order or refund me the £231. I have had to quit smoking, which although one might say is a good thing, I would have liked to have been given the choice, not because my supplier stole my tobacco funds.
PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!
