Kindly be informed that We, Mullen and Dowd International Llc, will be appointing our partner Investment Company, Yak Heng Investment
( Singapore ) Pte Ltd, as our Authorized Company to sign any Final Contract for our Gold Transaction in Bangkok.
As we have over-whelming responds to our CIF AU Offer, we have exhaust and utilize our Credit Facility with our HSBC Bangkok Bank. As such we are unable to accept any more Sales and Purchase Contract with future potential Clients/Buyers.
Please be assured that, We are working very closely with Yak Heng Investment and that the Gold will still be from us in Bangkok and Payment Instrument to be received by Yak Heng’s DBS Bank in Singapore.
